Abstract

[ES] "Recorrent la cultura" és la proposta que sorgeix del procés d anàlisi i estudi del lloc i de l àmbit d intervenció Port-Poblats Marítims. L estratègia de regeneració ens permet aproximar-nos, conéixer i entendre l evolució cultural que ha anat transformant l espai que ens envolta, i qüestionar-nos 'on volem arribar', mitjançant un recorregut de major a menor escala, partint d una visió metropolitana.

L estratègia de projecte plantejada com una intervenció paisatgística, se centra a "tornar a valorar la cultura i els espais naturals" que envolten a València i que actualment estan oblidats per la ciutat i els ciutadans: Horta, Mar, Port i Riu. Per a dur a terme aquesta connexió entre els diferents espais culturals de la nostra història es tracen una sèrie de 'recorreguts' vegetals, d aigua i transitables que permeten per mitjà d amables passejos contemplar i gaudir d aquests paisatges culturals.

Recorrent un d aquests camins arribem al port, al nostre àmbit d intervenció, un espai ple d oportunitats, però, actualment molt llunyà per al ciutadà. En el recorregut principal es disposa la Infraestructura d Acolliment Portuari, interpretada com a "espais de trobada, participació ciutadana i centre cultural". Un 'espai obert, públic i flexible' que s organitza per mitjà de recorreguts que discorren enllaçant els espais culturals que es connecten a través de diferents plataformes.

[EN] "Recorrent la cultura" is the proposal that emerges from the process of analysis and study of the place and the Port-Poblats Marítims intervention area. The regeneration strategy allows us to approach, know and understand the cultural evolution that has been transforming the space that surrounds us, and also questioning 'where we want to go', through a larger-scale route, starting from a metropolitan vision.

The project strategy proposed as a landscaping intervention focuses on "return to value the culture and natural spaces" that surround València and that are currently forgotten by the city and citizens: the Orchard, the See, the Port and the River. In order to carry out this connection between the different cultural spaces of our history, a series of vegetal, water and passable routes are plotted that allow us, through pleasant walks, to contemplate and to enjoy these cultural landscapes.

Walking one of these paths we reach the port, our intervention area, a place full of opportunities but currently very far for the citizen. In the main route, it is lined up the Port Hosting Infrastructure which is interpreted as "meeting places, citizen participation and cultural center". An 'open, public and flexible space' that is organized by means of walkings that run linking cultural spaces that are connected through different platforms.
