Estudio y Diseño de una Instalación Solar Fotovoltaica en un hotel de Cracovia

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el diseño, cálculo y verificación de una instalación solar fotovoltaica en el tejado de un edificio existente, con 1500 m2 de espacio útil y un tejado a dos aguas, ubicado cerca de la Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza en Cracovia y cuyo uso específico es un hotel.

Como descripción de la situación actual, se desea crear una instalación de un conjunto de paneles solares fotovoltaicos en el tejado del edificio para disminuir los costes asociados al consumo eléctrico. De esta manera, se debe explorar el mercado actual teniendo en cuenta los costes actuales de los elementos necesarios para una instalación fotovoltaica. Se utilizará software especializado en el campo.

Será importante analizar las diferentes configuraciones y tecnologías en fotovoltaica para elegir la óptima para este caso.

Además, el estudio de rentabilidad económica de la instalación diseñada se realizará teniendo en cuenta el mercado eléctrico actual y los impuestos a pagar. De esta manera, se indicará el número de años que deben transcurrir para que el proyecto sea rentable.

Finalmente, se analizarán los resultados obtenidos y se llegarán a las conclusiones apropiadas sobre la posibilidad real de llevar a cabo el proyecto.

[EN] The main object of this work is the design, calculation and verification of a photovoltaic solar installation on the roof of an existing building, with 1500 m2 of useful space and a gable roof, located near Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza in Krakow and whose specific use is a hotel.

As a description of the current situation, it is desired to create an installation of a set of photovoltaic solar panels on the roof of the building in order to decrease the costs associated with the electrical consumption. In this way, the current market must be explored taking into account the current costs of the elements that are neccesary for a photovoltaic installation. It will be used specialized software in the field.

It will be important to analyze the different configurations and technologies in photovoltaics to choose the optimal one for this case.

Moreover, the economic profitability study of the designed installation will be opened taking into account the current electricity market and the taxes to be paid. In this way, the number of years that must pass for the project to become profitable will be indicated.

Finally, the results obtained will be analyzed and the appropriate conclusions will be reached on the real possibility of carrying out the project.
