Habitar cooperativo en Ontinyent

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en la inserción de una cooperativa de viviendas en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Ontinyent, en concreto en el barrio Raval-Poble Nou. El lugar de trabajo se sitúa en una parcela del casco antiguo que da frente al cauce del río Clariano. El proyecto trata de construir un nuevo límite, formalizando el alzado de la ciudad con el río, y a su vez intervenir en un centro histórico planteando una solución urbana. Así mismo, el edificio pretende generar espacios que se conviertan en dinamizadores de la vida social, del intercambio entre los vecinos y el resto de la ciudad. La estrategia que sigue el proyecto se basa en el diseño de un espacio verde lineal de borde urbano que actúe como elemento conector y enlace las zonas verdes más cercanas para formar un sistema de espacios abiertos, con el fin de extender los límites del río en la ciudad mientras que por otro lado se plantea generar un nuevo frente que responda de manera más amable con el entorno y a la vez tenga en cuenta las preexistencias y no obstaculice la relación del río con el barrio.

El objetivo es detallar el proyecto arquitectónico atendiendo a aspectos constructivos, estructuales, materiales y conceptuales.

[EN] The project consists in the incorporation of a housing cooperative in the historical center of Ontinyet, to be concret in the neighbourhood Raval-Poble Nou. The work place is located on a plot of the old area which is in front of the river Clariano. The project deals with the construction of a new limit, formalizing the elevation of the city with the river, and at the same time intervene in a historical center setting out an urban solution. In addition, the building pretends to generates areas that become in revitalizing of the social life, the exchange between neighbours and the rest of the people of the city.

The strategy that is followed in the project is based on the design of a green linear area of urban border that acts as a connector and links the green areas which are near between them on purpose of creating an opened area system in order to extend the river limits in the city meanwhile on another hand is being suggested creating a new elevation that responds in a better way with the surroundings and at the same time has in mind the pre-existences and doesn¿t block the connection between the river and the neighbourhood.

The objective is to detail the architectural project dealing with constructive, structural, material and conceptual aspects.
