Knowledgematrix: aplicación web para gestionar los conocimientos de los empleados de una empresa

Abstract

[ES] Desde Everis Spain S.L.U, la empresa desde la cual he estado realizado prácticas concretamente en el equipo de Outsystems, necesitaban tener un registro sobre el nivel que tenían sus empleados en diferentes ámbitos del desarrollo web (backend, frontend, desarrollo responsive…) ya que a la hora de formar nuevos equipos para proyectos no tenían ninguna forma de saber el nivel de conocimientos del que disponían sus empleados. A grandes rasgos la aplicación consta de dos funcionalidades, por una parte, los empleados puedan rellenar su matriz, la cual, es un formulario en el que pueden seleccionar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen en los distintos ámbitos anteriormente mencionados y poder rellenar las certificaciones de las que disponen. Por otra parte, habrá algunos empleados con el rol de gerente, que además de poder rellenar su matriz, podrán obtener los empleados ordenados de mayor a menor nivel de conocimiento filtrando por los diferentes los ámbitos mencionados, por certificaciones, por ambos o simplemente por nombres de empleados. En este punto, fue cuando se me transmitió por parte de mis responsables la idea de realizar esta aplicación. De tal forma que, aparte de cubrir una necesidad que la empresa tenía, pudiera adquirir experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web mediante Outsystems. Outsystems es una plataforma low-code, las cuales, en los últimos años se están planteando como una alternativa por parte de las empresas para desarrollar software frente al desarrollo web tradicional

In general, the application has two functionalities: on the one hand, employees can fill in their matrix, which is a form in which they can select the level of knowledge they have in the different areas mentioned above and fill in the certifications they have. On the other hand, there will be some employees with the role of manager, who in addition to being able to fill in their matrix, will be able to obtain the employees ordered from highest to lowest level of knowledge by filtering by the different areas mentioned, by certifications, by both or simply by employee names. At this point, it was at this point that the idea of creating this application was conveyed to me by my managers. In such a way that, apart from covering a need that the company had, I could acquire experience in the development of web applications through Outsystems. Outsystems is a low-code platform, which, in recent years, has become an alternative for companies to develop software as opposed to traditional web development.
