GESTION DE UN PROYECTO PARA LA IMPLANTACION DE LA MEJORA CONTINUA EN LA EMPRESA SHAANXI ZINC INDUSTRY

Abstract

[ES] La industria manufacturera, como industria tradicional China , está sufriendo una transformación y desarrollo impulsado por la evolución e innovación de los nuevos tiempos, para ello necesita mejorar su ventaja competitiva para buscar el desarrollo y la competitividad en los mercados nacionales e internacionales, los cuales promueven la competencia y dicha innovación de sus tecnologías de producción, la cual, juegan un papel importante en la actualidad, así mismo, estos cambios también se aplican a la innovación de la gestión de la productividad en las empresas que requieran obtener una capacidad creativa sostenible en el tiempo. Tras el gran éxito de Toyota en Japón, la idea de Lean Manufacturing se introdujo rápidamente en varios países y se convirtió en el modo de producción perseguido por la industria manufacturera en varios países. En la actualidad, la industria manufacturera china se encuentra en medio de una importante ola de optimización y actualización de la estructura industrial para "ajustar la estructura y promover el crecimiento", y el modelo Lean Manufacturing sigue siendo aplicable a la industria manufacturera china, que necesita ajustar su desarrollo económico. El presente Trabajo Final de Master tiene como propósito de desarrollar un proyecto de la implantación de la mejora continua en la empresa Shaanxi Zinc y analizar su producción y gestión para lograr los inicios de la mejora continua. En este trabajo se tomará como referencia la metodología de Using Activity Based Management for Continuous Improvement (Julie Sahm & Tom Pryor, 2000) y seguirá el desarrollo de cinco pasos para la mejora continua del proceso de producción y tomará medidas tras la identificación de las causas raíz de los problemas existentes. La unidad de estudio se estimar tomando en cuenta la totalidad de los procesos operacionales y administrativos de la empresa Shaanxi Zinc Industry, donde se tendrá la oportunidad de estudiar las diferentes estrategias utilizadas para la gestión de sus procesos operacionales, para así poder identificar las posibles mejoras de sus procesos de producción en planta, ver la viabilidad de poder optimizar sus procesos para una correcta planificación de sus rutinas operacionales, estudiar la situación actual de su productividad , para poder elaborar una propuesta de acciones a fin de potenciar la mejora de eficiencia en sus diferentes áreas tanto operativa como administrativa de la de la empresa.

The purpose of this Master's Final Project is to develop a project for the implementation of continuous improvement in Shaanxi Zinc Company and to analyze its production and management in order to achieve the beginnings of continuous improvement. This work will be based on the methodology of Using Activity Based Management for Continuous Improvement (Julie Sahm & Tom Pryor, 2000) and will follow the development of five steps for continuous improvement of the production process and take action after identifying the root causes of existing problems. The unit of study is estimated taking into account all the operational and administrative processes of the company Shaanxi Zinc Industry, where we will have the opportunity to study the different strategies used for the management of its operational processes, in order to identify the possible improvements of its production processes in plant, to see the feasibility of optimizing its processes for a correct planning of its operational routines, to study the current situation of its productivity, in order to develop a proposal of actions to enhance the improvement of efficiency in its different areas both operational and administrative of the company.
