Plan estratégico Gaiadream, S.L. (TUNERGIA)

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo de fin de grado muestra la realización de un plan estratégico que nos permita conocer mejor la empresa Gaiadream S.L. Para ello se compartirá información completa y detallada sobre las variables y dimensiones del entorno que afectan al sector de la energía, así como un análisis estructural del sector respaldado por las 5 fuerzas de Porter y un análisis interno de la empresa. El objetivo principal del trabajo es recopilar información relevante sobre el estado actual de la empresa y las estrategias implementadas en los últimos años, así como diagnosticar el análisis externo e interno de la empresa. El trabajo está dividido en VIII capítulos. El capítulo I expone las intenciones y objetivo del trabajo. El II capítulo incluye toda la información teórica con el fin de mejorar la comprensión de la Dirección Estratégica y los conceptos del Plan Estratégico y el capítulo III contiene toda la información que hace referencia a la empresa a analizar. En los capítulos IV, V, dónde se realizan el análisis interno y externo, se van a estudiar los principales factores del entorno de la empresa, tanto generales como específicos, que afectan al sector de la energía. Se detectarán las oportunidades y amenazas que ejercen estas variables y cómo actuar sobre ellas de la mejor forma posible. El análisis interno identificará las fortalezas y debilidades de la sociedad con el fin de poder mantener las fortalezas y mejorar las debilidades para así poder conseguir una ventaja competitiva respecto al resto. En el Capítulo VI, se desarrollarán estrategias a partir del análisis DAFO y se compararán para escoger las más viables. Una vez seleccionadas las estrategias, se realizará un plan de acción (Capítulo VII) correspondiente a cada una de ellas, donde se expondrá la información a seguir para conseguir los objetivos marcados. Finalmente, en el Capítulo VIII se realizará una serie de conclusiones obtenidas tras el análisis realizado a la empresa.

[EN] This final degree project shows the realization of a strategic plan that allows us to better understand the company Gaiadream L.L.C. For that purpose, complete and detailed information about the variables and dimensions of the environment that affect the energy sector will be shared. In addition, a structural analysis of the sector supported by the Porter´s 5 strengths and an internal analysis of the company will also be examined. The main goal of the project is to gather relevant information about the actual state of the company and the implemented measures during the last years, as well as how to diagnose the external and internal analysis of the company. The project is divided into VII chapters. Chapter I presents the intention and purpose of the project. Chapter II includes the theoretical information necessary to ensure the comprehension of the Strategic Direction and the concepts within the Strategic Plan. Chapter III comprises all the information concerning the analyzed company. In Chapters IV and V, where the internal and external analysis is made, the main factors of the company´s environment (both general and specific) that affect the energy sector will be studied. The opportunities and threats that these variables represent will be identified, and the best responses to these variables will be presented. The internal analysis will identify the weaknesses and strengths of the corporation in order to maintain its strengths and improve on its weaknesses so that an advantage may be gained over its competitors. In Chapter VI, the strategies from the DAFO analysis will be developed and they will be compared to reveal more variables. Once the strategies are selected, a corresponding plan of action will be developed (Chapter VII) for each of them. These plans will contain the necessary steps to achieve the designated objectives. Finally, a series of conclusions will be made in Chapter VII based on the preceding analysis of the company.
