dc.description.abstract [EN] This thesis aims to nd out not only the contrails formation and proper ways to avoid but also it concentrates in a way of simulate a viable model inside the Cran eld icing tunnel, this last point is the key of this thesis; after study the viability of contrails formation in Cran eld University icing tunnel, it wasn't able to promote contrails formation in the tunnel but it was able to nd out a viable model for further simula- tions that will help to understand how this phenomenon forms for future new manners to keep away this environmental problem from the sky. es_ES
