La culpa en el siglo XXI. Un acercamiento artístico desde un análisis personal, histórico, social y religioso de la culpabilidad.

Abstract

[ES] La realización de este trabajo parte de lo autobiográfico, la introspección y el análisis tanto interior como exterior. La culpabilidad, un sentimiento que se explotó en la religión católica cristiana y quien la introdujo en la forma de vida y pensamiento de la sociedad, es algo que en la sociedad secularizada y digitalizada del presente nos acompaña y podemos observar diariamente, desde uno mismo, con sus relaciones tanto interiores como exteriores, como en las herramientas de comunicación, los medios de masas, las redes sociales y la psicología de las estructuras de poder. Se hará un repaso en la parte teórica sobre el origen de la culpa, su transformación en la sociedad secularizada tras la crisis de la religiosidad, y las consecuencias de la culpa en la sociedad. El objetivo de este trabajo final es la investigación a través de distintos materiales y procesos digitales, materializando y mostrando distintos estadios de la culpabilidad utilizando para la creación de las piezas como referente principal la iconografía católica española. Las piezas aúnan a través de la utilización del cuerpo la iconografía y el sentimiento religioso con la sociedad digitalizada y transformada de la actualidad, formando unas nuevas imágenes hibridando lo religioso con lo secularizado, lo material con lo digital, el pasado, el presente y la promesa del futuro.

[EN] The realization of this work starts from the autobiographical, introspection and analysis both inside and outside. Guilt, a feeling that was exploited in the Catholic Christian religion and who introduced it into the way of life and thought of society, is something that in the secularized and digitized society of the present accompanies us and we can observe daily, from oneself, with its relationships both interior and exterior, as in the tools of communication, mass media, social media and the psychology of power structures. A review will be made in the theoretical part about the origin of guilt, its transformation in secularized society after the crisis of religiosity, and the consequences of guilt in society. The objective of this final work is the investigation through different materials and digital processes, materializing and showing different stages of guilt using for the creation of the pieces as the main reference the Spanish Catholic iconography.. The pieces combine through the use of the body iconography and religious feeling with the digitized and transformed society of today, forming new images hybridizing the religious with the secularized, the material with the digital, the past, the present and the promise of the future.
