Proyecto básico de reordenación del área central del puerto de Dénia (Alicante).

Abstract

[ES] El puerto de Denia es un puerto de gestión autonómica de la Generalitat Valenciana. La zona central meridional del puerto, cercana a las instalaciones del Real Club Náutico de Denia e inmediata a la calle Castell d'Olimbroi, está parcialmente ocupada por la Náutica Noguera. La zona terrestre tiene un alto grado de degradación por falta de urbanización y el área portuaria contigua está igualmente falta de ordenación y aprovechamiento. Todo ello se traduce en una falta de continuidad del área portuaria y de acabado urbano. El TFG plantea realizar un proyecto básico para el análisis de la situación actual, detectar los problemas urbanos existentes y las necesidades de infraestructuras y equipamientos en dicha zona.
