[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster desarrolla el diseño e implantación de un Cuadro de Mando en una empresa de distribución de bebidas, con el objetivo principal de mejorar su gestión, aumentar su nivel de eficacia y, en general, obtener una mayor rentabilidad en las ventas. De esta forma, en la fase de diseño se definirán las principales métricas de rendimiento a utilizar en el cuadro de mando, así como las fuentes de datos, procedentes del ERP de la empresa, para alimentar dichas métricas. Por otra parte, en la fase de implantación se utilizará el software Power BI a tal fin.
En primer lugar, se detallará la situación de la empresa analizando unos reportes comerciales de sus agentes de ventas para los años comprendidos desde el 2019 hasta el 2022. Estos datos pretenden clasificar los clientes según tendencia, facturación y acumulado de ventas para el sistema ABC.
Posteriormente, se realizará un cuadro de mando para separar los indicadores clave del resto. La realización de este se llevará a cabo por un equipo formado entre la dirección de la empresa y una empresa consultora.
En la parte final del trabajo, se expondrán una serie de estrategias formuladas a raíz de analizar los datos procedentes del cuadro de mando, de esta manera, la empresa tendrá las directrices necesarias para redirigir sus esfuerzos y obtener mucho más beneficio con los recursos invertidos.

[EN] This Master's Thesis develops the design and implementation of a Scorecard in a beverage distribution company, with the main objective of improving its management, increasing its level of efficiency and, in general, obtaining greater profitability in sales. In this way, in the design phase, the main performance metrics to be used in the dashboard will be defined, as well as the data sources, from the company's ERP, to feed these metrics. On the other hand, in the implementation phase, the Power BI software will be used for this purpose.
First, the situation of the company will be detailed by analyzing commercial reports of its sales agents for the years from 2019 to 2022. This data is intended to classify customers according to trend, turnover and cumulative sales for the ABC system.
Subsequently, a dashboard will be made to separate the key indicators from the rest. The realization of this will be carried out by a team formed between the management of the company and a consulting company. The goal is to measure performance to make decisions with much more information. This fact will guide the company towards an increase in the performance of commercial management.
In the final part of the work, a series of strategies formulated as a result of analyzing the data resulting from the dashboard will be exposed, in this way, the company will have the necessary guidelines to redirect its efforts and obtain much more benefit with the resources invested.
