Automatización de lecturas en una línea de producción

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del proyecto consiste en reducir los tiempos de trabajo en una línea de producción de asientos mediante la automatización de la lectura de dos elementos. La primera lectura que vamos a automatizar es el código QR que identifica a la estructura inferior del asiento, denominada armazón. La segunda lectura a tratar es un código de barras que identifica a la funda del asiento. Para la lectura del código QR se utilizará un lector de códigos con autoenfoque, el cual habrá colocar en una posición óptima para visualizar el código. También habrá que configurar programar el equipo para que se sincronice con la línea de producción a la hora de hacer la lectura. Para la identificación de la funda, en unas ocasiones se utilizará el mismo equipo que en el caso anterior y en otras se utilizará una pistola de lectura 2D situada en una posición fija. Esto dependerá del tipo de asiento que se vaya a producir.

[EN] The followign document is the report of the Master¿s thesis developed by the student Enrique Jesús Almazán Ortega. It has been developed in the industrial plant of Faurecia Vitoria, under the supervision of Aritz Sanchez Garcia as tutor in plant and Vicente Casanova Calvo as UPV tutor. This project consists on reducing the working production times in a seat production line by automating the reading of two elements. The first reading that we are going to automate is the QR code that identifies the structure of the seat, called metal frame. The second reading that will be processed is a barcode that identifies the seat cover. To read the QR code, an auto-focus reader will be placed in an optimal position to read the code. The equipment will be configured to synchronise with the production line when reading the code. For the identification of the cover, sometimes the same equipment as in the previous case will be used and sometimes a 2D scanning gun in a fixed position will be used. This will depend on the type of seat to be produced.
