Recuperación de espacio del antiguo cementerio y cambio de uso para aula botánica

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo final de grado desarrolla y define las soluciones constructivas y programáticas para lograr el acondicionamiento del antiguo cementerio de Titaguas, con la finalidad de crear un espacio natural (Aula de Botánica en honor al botánico Clemente y Rubio, Simón de Rojas) para uso polivalente y principalmente formativo. Para ello se ha recabado previamente información relativa a los antecedentes históricos, normas urbanísticas, necesidades de la población y cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable para el uso al que se pretende destinar la edificación. Así mismo, hemos realizado replanteo, levantamiento de la morfología de la parcela, documentación gráfica y anotaciones del estado actual de los elementos arquitectónicos existentes, para su análisis y propuesta de intervención. Con todo ello realizaremos propuesta de estado reformado. Dicha propuesta proyectara a una obra que potencie medidas sostenibles y la transición ecológica del espacio desde la restauración hasta la gestión del aula natura, llevando a cabo un proyecto con un modelo de construcción respetuoso con el medio ambiente y las personas que lo habitan. Es por ello que hablaremos de las medidas relativas a la sostenibilidad ambiental, social y económica relacionadas con la Arquitectura circular justificando cada una de ellas en relación a los criterios antedichos.

[EN] This final degree work develops and defines the constructive and programmatic solutions to achieve the conditioning of the old Titaguas cemetery, in order to create a natural space (Botany Classroom in honor of the botanist Clemente y Rubio, Simón de Rojas) for multipurpose and mainly educational use. For this purpose, we have previously gathered information regarding the historical background, urban planning regulations, needs of the population and compliance with applicable regulations for the intended use of the building. Likewise, we have carried out a rethinking, a survey of the morphology of the plot, graphic documentation and annotations of the current state of the existing architectural elements, for their analysis and intervention proposal. With all this we will make a proposal of reformed state. This proposal will project a construction that promotes sustainable measures and the ecological transition of the space from the restoration to the management of the aula natura, carrying out a project with a construction model that respects the environment and the people who inhabit it. This is why we will discuss the measures related to environmental, social and economic sustainability related to circular architecture, justifying each of them in relation to the above criteria.
