ACOMPAÑADAS. El lenguaje artístico como herramienta poética para asimilar un duelo

Abstract

[ES] Dilatar el tiempo para permitirte estar allí un poco más. Crear una especie de refugio para visitar, de vez en cuando, a aquellas personas que ya no están. Sentirse acompañado. Abrazar el silencio, la ausencia, la memoria, y atravesar todo eso a través del lenguaje artístico.

Este proyecto pretende reflexionar sobre el campo de la memoria y el olvido. Para ello se requiere una actitud activa de pausa, de contemplación del silencio y de los objetos cotidianos que pertenecen a nuestra intimidad y a la de aquellas personas que han dejado un gran vacío en nuestros espacios diarios. Es un proyecto sobre los recuerdos que emanan al detenerse en el espacio cotidiano, pero también de las ausencias. Podríamos traducir este trabajo artístico en un abrazo. Abrazar las emociones derivadas de una experiencia dolorosa como un duelo, recorriéndolas a través de lo plástico y las cualidades que ofrece la pintura, el grabado y el libro de artista. Y, así, seguir abrazada a ellas, un poquito más.

This project aims to reflect on the field of memory and oblivion. For this, an active attitude of pause is required, of contemplation of silence and of the daily objects that belong to our privacy and to that of those people who have left a great void in our daily spaces. It is a project about the memories that come from stopping in everyday space, but also from absences. We could translate this artistic work into a hug. Embrace the emotions derived from a painful experience such as a duel. Going through them through the plastic and the qualities offered by painting, engraving and the artist¿s book. And, like this, keep hugging them, a little more.
