Ley 12/2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda y las formas de acceso a la vivienda: referencia a las viviendas colaborativas

Abstract

[EN] This paper tries to analyze the different forms of access to housing contemplated in the recent Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, which highlights protected housing and incentivized affordable housing. Along with this regulation, new forms of use such as collaborative housing constitute a way of accessing housing that may be of interest to certain groups and that has been the subject of regional regulation in Law 3/2023, of April 13, of collaborative housing in the Valencian Community and to which we are going to dedicate attention in relation to state regulations

[ES] En el presente trabajo se trata de analizar las distintas formas de acceso a la vivienda contempladas en la reciente Ley 12/2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda en el que destaca la vivienda protegida y la vivienda asequible incentivada. Junto a esta regulación, las nuevas formas de uso como la vivienda colaborativa constituye una forma de acceder a la vivienda que puede resultar de interés para determinados colectivos y que ha sido objeto de una regulación autonómica en la Ley 3/2023, de 13 de abril, de viviendas colaborativas de la Comunitat Valenciana y a la que vamos a dedicar atención en relación con la normativa estatal.
