El patrimonio moderno. La "Casa del Mar" de Vicente Figuerola Benavent

[CA] Màster Universitari realitzat en la Universitat Politècnica de València i exactament, en conservació del patrimoni arquitectònic. L'estudi que es duu a terme respon al projecte de recerca de l'ERAM, (Universitat Politècnica de València). L'objectiu d'estudiar la següent obra és l'anàlisi de la construcció d’apartaments la “Casa del Mar”, un edifici de 1969 a la platja de Gandia, València, pertanyent al moviment modern, de l’arquitecte Vicente Figuerola Benavent. L'obra ha consistit en una anàlisi sobre l'arquitectura moderna i l'impacte arquitectònic que te el boom del turisme a Espanya i quin tipus d'empremta va deixar en l’Arquitectura. A partir d’este moment, s'ha estudiat el cas particular de l'edifici la “Casa del Mar”, estudiant l'enclavament de Gandia, l'habitatge particular de la segona residència i les característiques qualitatives de l'edifici que li aporten valors patrimonials, destacant la seva morfologia. En una segona part, s'ha centrat en l'anàlisi tecnològic de valors quantitatius de l'edifici. S'ha realitzat una inspecció tècnica mitjançant treball de camp, s'han detectat lesions, s’ha fet un pla per al ús i manteniment de l'edifici i, finalment, un proposta de criteris i pautes aplicables en el cas d'una intervenció.
