Advantages of using Lean Manufacturing in a company

Abstract

[EN] What is Lean Manufacturing and what is the advantage that a company applying lean regarding one that does not apply? This is the main question to be investigated in this dissertation. Nowadays, the economy has several difficulties around the world, and the competitiveness is a factor that can make the difference. Globalization makes an important role in the business environment, no matter if your company is located in Hungary Spain or South East Asia; only produce a quality product with the less cost possible will balance the future of the company.
