Características de las uniones soldadas por procedimiento MAG del acero F-1140 sometidas a distintos tratamientos térmicos

[ES] El trabajo ha consistido en el análisis de la influencia de tratamientos térmicos en las variaciones de las características mecánicas y estructurales de las soldaduras del acero al carbono F-1140 por procedimiento MAG. Estos tratamientos térmicos han consistido en primer lugar soldar previamente al aire el acero F-1140 con varilla desnuda F-1110 y dejado enfriar al aire ambiente. En segundo lugar antes de soldar se ha efectuado un precalentamiento previo a 450 realizando la soldadura a esta temperatura y recubriéndolo posteriormente para su enfriamiento con material cerámico. En tercer lugar una vez efectuada la soldadura al aire como en el primer caso, a continuación se ha procedido a recocer en horno a 900ºC con enfriamiento lento.

[EN] The work consisted in the analysis of the influence of thermal treatments on the variations of the mechanical and structural characteristics of the F-1140 carbon steel welds by MAG method. These thermal treatments have consisted in firstly pre-airing F-1140 steel with naked rod F-1110 and allowing it to cool to ambient air. In the second place before welding, preheating was carried out prior to 450, welding at this temperature and subsequently coating it for cooling with ceramic material. In third place, after the air welding, as in the first case, the oven was then annealed at 900ºC with slow cooling.
