Trabajos topográficos y catastrales sobre delimitación de la propiedad

[ES] Actualmente en España, la mayoría de los propietarios de fincas y parcelas rústicas, desconocen los límites reales de sus bienes. Por un lado, está la representación gráfica catastral y por otro el dominio Registral y derechos reales sobre la propiedad. Con la nueva Reforma de la Ley Hipotecaria 13/2015 y Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario, se pretende llegar a una coordinación entre el Catastro y el Registro de la propiedad. A lo largo de este trabajo, se muestran los antecedentes históricos del Catastro y el Registro en España y su organización interna. Se explicará el proceso mediante el cual se llega a la coordinación entre ambas gerencias y se mostrarán trabajos reales realizados por mí a lo largo del período de mis prácticas en la empresa Delimitae. Esta es una empresa topográfica dedicada especialmente al sector de la delimitación de la propiedad.

[EN] Currently in Spain, most of the owners of rustic plots are unware of the real the real limits of their assets. On one hand, there is the cadastral graphical representation and on the other hand, the registry domain and real property rights. With the new mortgage law Amendment 13/2015 and the Real Estate Cadastre Law, it’s intended to achieve a coordination between the cadastre and the land registry. Throughout this work, the historical background of the Cadastre and the Registry in Spain and its internal organization are shown. The process by which coordination between both managements will be explained and real work done by me throughout the period of my internship at the company Delimitae will be explained. This is a topographic company dedicated especially to the sector of the delimitation of the property.
