Arquitecturas ausentes. Reconstrucción gráfica de un proyecto no construido de Carme Pinós: Centro Cultural, Auditorio y Escuela de Música en Benidorm

Abstract

[ES] Carme Pinós pertenece a una generación en la que las arquitectas eran minoría. Ha tardado más de una década en recuperar el reconocimiento que conquistó en los años noventa, antes de separarse de Enric Miralles, con el que firmó alguno de los proyectos más innovadores. Su actitud arriesgada y de investigación constante le ha valido reconocimiento en el mundo, llevando el nombre de la arquitectura catalana en Europa y el continente americano. A lo largo de su carrera se elaboran proyectos no realizados en diversas fases de desarrollo con interés similar al de su obra construida.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar una reconstrucción gráfica de uno de sus proyectos no construidos. De esta manera, a través de las técnicas y herramientas actuales, conseguir aproximar al receptor lo máximo posible a la realidad de la obra, en caso de haber sido construida.

El proyecto elegido para su reconstrucción gráfica es el Centro Cultural, Auditorio y Escuela de Música localizado en Benidorm. Se compone de una ordenación previa de la zona y del posterior edificio planteado. Un proyecto caracterizado por su versatilidad espacial y su relación con el entorno más próximo.

[EN] Carme Pinós belongs to a generation in which the architects were a minority. It has taken more than a decade to recover the recognition that she conquered in the nineties, before separating from the Enric Miralles. They signed some of the most innovative projects. Her risky attitude and constant research has earned her recognition in the world taking the name of Catalan architecture in Europe and America. Throughout his career, some projects weren¿t finished in different phases of development, but they also have a lot of interest.

The objective of this work is to perform a graphic reconstruction of some of its unbuilt projects. In this way, through current techniques and tools, get to approximate the reader as much as possible to the reality of the work, if it has been built.

The project chosen to reconstruct graphically is the Cultural Center, Auditorium and Music School located in Benidorm. It consists in a previous landscape organization and the building. A project characterized by spatial versatility and relationship with the closest environment.
