Residencia de estudiantes como nodo urbano. Infraestructura de hospitalidad.

[ES] El presente trabajo aborda el proceso de diseño y el plan constructivo de un conjunto edificado destinado a acoger un nodo de inclusión social y foco de reunión social. El proyecto se sitúa en los márgenes del río Turia, concretamente en el ámbito perteneciente a Ciutat Vella de la ciudad de Valencia. Este documento constituye la conclusión del recorrido académico realizado a lo largo de los años de formación universitaria. Es por esto, que no sólo se recogen los documentos destinados a la ejecución del conjunto de edificios que componen el proyecto, sino que también se muestran las reflexiones hasta obtener la definición del mismo.

[EN] The present work deals with the design process and the construction plan of a building complex destined to host a node of social inclusion and a focus of social gathering. The project is located on the banks of the Turia river, specifically in the area belonging to Ciutat Vella in the city of Valencia. This document constitutes the conclusion of the academic journey carried out throughout the years of university education. For this reason, not only the documents intended for the execution of the set of buildings that make up the project are collected, but also the reflections are shown until the definition of the project is obtained.
