Proyecto pictórico sobre la ambigüedad de la imagen corporal

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Final de Grado propone la creación de una serie de obras monocromáticas que, mediante la deformación del cuerpo, tratan de descontextualizar al espectador. A través de la pintura y técnica aerográfica se distorsiona la figura, dando lugar a una imagen misteriosa y enigmática.

En cuanto a la parte práctica del proyecto, se ha desarrollado gracias a la intuición y a la indagación en el inconsciente. Para conseguir los resultados deseados, se han buscado una serie de planteamientos teóricos y estéticos. Los elementos presentes en la obra son; la silueta, la figura, el claroscuro, la deformación y lo borroso. El desenfoque confronta al espectador, al no poder llegar a enfocar y comprender lo observado, se intenta construir su significado e interpretar la imagen.

Se presenta la búsqueda constante en jugar con la percepción, y provocar una serie de cuestionamientos que estimulen la imaginación. Aunque hay una intencionalidad de ocultar el cuerpo, las obras siguen basándose en el cuerpo y por ello, se revelan resquicios y fragmentos del mismo. La experiencia visual del proyecto oscila entre lo real y lo ficticio, invitando de esta forma a la reflexión y la duda. Finalmente, para llegar a los resultados deseados, se ha creado un trabajo en serie que se base como eje principal en la ambigüedad de la imagen.

[EN] This Final Degree Project proposes the creation of a series of monochromatic works that, through the deformation of the body, aim to decontextualize the viewer. Through painting and airbrush techniques, the figure is distorted, giving rise to a mysterious and enigmatic image.

The practical part of the project has been carried out thanks to intuition and inquiry into the unconscious. In order to achieve the desired results, a series of theoretical and aesthetic approaches have been sought. The elements present in the work are; the silhouette, the figure, the chiaroscuro, the deformation and the blurred. The blur confronts the viewer, not being able to focus and understand what is observed, it is attempted to build the meaning and interpret the image.

Is presented the constant research to play with perception, and to cause a series of questions that stimulate the imagination. Although there is an intention to hide the body, the works are still based on the body and therefore, remnants and fragments of it are revealed. The visual experience of the project oscillates between the real and the fictitious, thus inviting reflection and doubt. Finally, in order to reach the desired results, a serial work has been created based on the ambiguity of the image as its main axis.
