Plantación trufera en el término municipal de Camporrobles (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en la realización de una explotación trufera en una parcela (31 ha) en el término municipal de Camporrobles (Valencia), la cual actualmente está cultivaba de cereal, pero el propietario no obtiene los beneficios deseados, por lo tanto, dadas las características de la parcela y de la zona se opta por cambiar el cultivo a encina micorrizada con Tuber melanosporum. Se opta por un sistema de riego por aspersión, ya que existe un balance hídrico negativo en los meses de verano y la cantidad de agua es la clave para una buena producción de trufa. En la parcela existe un pozo, el cual será utilizado para el riego. Se opta también por el vallado perimetral de la parcela por la abundancia de jabalí en la zona, para evitar posibles daños en la plantación. Se construirá una caseta de riego para proteger los elementos del sistema de riego.[EN] The project consists of making a truffle farm in the area (31 ha) in the municipality of Camporrobles (Valencia), which is currently cultivated cereal, but the owner does not get the desired benefits, therefore, given the characteristics of the plot area and choose to change the culture to mycorrhizal oak with Tuber melanosporum.
