[EN] This study seeks to look at the many facets of ECAs that impact academic and personal student success. Based on the SOR model, this study tries to delineate how ECAs function as stimuli that cause inner psychological changes, which, in turn, help students to build up the cognitive, social, and emotional skills. A mixed-methods approach to collect data using quantitative surveys as well as qualitative focus group discussions. Data was collected from a diversified pool of students, across various academic institutions. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data and test the proposed model; Various findings emphasize the significance of including extra-curricular activities in their educational curricula to foster overall development of the learner. Educational policymakers and schools' administrators should promote and expand various programs to improve different outcomes in education to make them ready for the real working world and life.
