Abstract

[ES] El proyecto consiste en un centro de I+D+I en el barrio de La Cremor en la ciudad de Castellón, en torno al Riu Sec y la Universidad Jaime I de Castellón. La zona en un primer momento carecía de espacios verdes; de comunicación rodada y peatonal; y de un estudio urbano que ordenase el crecimiento del barrio. Por lo que se lleva a cabo en primer lugar una intervención urbanística, en la cual se crean nuevos edificios, dándole carácter e identidad de barrio y se respeta la edificación existente en buen estado; se recupera las antiguas trazas de la vía pecuaria y se transforma en una vía verde con espacios públicos peatonales con distintos usos; por último se mejora la circulación rodada y la comunicación peatonal a través de nuevos caminos y puentes que permiten el acceso al otro lado del rio. La zona de implantación del proyecto se sitúa al suroeste y se vincula con la continuación de la vía verde y los nuevos caminos peatonales. Tiene una relación directa con la Universidad y el centro Servef de empleo. La idea principal del centro de I+D+I es crear un espacio de trabajo de gran rendimiento, en el que una nueva empresa pueda emerger al mercado laboral con facilidad. Por ello, he estimado que para el lanzamiento de un nuevo proyecto los trabajadores pasan por tres fases aproximadamente, se pueden resumir en: 1. Creación de ideas. 2. Materialización de las ideas y elaboración del producto final. 3. Desarrollo de empresa. Por lo tanto, la finalidad del centro se basa en la creación de espacios en los que se puedan desarrollar estas fases.

¿Cómo? Creando espacios amplios donde los trabajadores puedan desarrollar sus ideas: oficinas para trabajar en grupo, individual, cerradas para más privacidad e incluso espacios abiertos; talleres para materializar las ideas; espacios de reunión y de carácter formal; espacios donde se pueda compartir la información: sala de conferencias...etc. Todo ello, junto con espacios comunes en el que se priorice la comunicación y la interacción entre las personas, consiguiendo en definitiva un espacio de trabajo confortable.

El edificio proyectado es de forma geométrica, un cuadrado que se rompe en diferentes puntos, para crear patios y así obtener un juego de espacios y aportar más luz al interior, creando un ambiente agradable y una sensación de espacio abierto. Al mismo tiempo, estos patios junto con la estructura facilitan la distribución del programa. En definitiva, se crea un volumen que con el tratamiento que se realiza a cota 0, con el empleo de los materiales en el edificio, con la forma utilizada y su ubicación, se pretende potenciar lo que el lugar ofrece.

[EN] The project consists of an I + D + I center in the neighborhood of La Cremor in the city of Castellón, around the Riu Sec and the Jaime I University of Castellón. The area at first had no green spaces; pedestrian and road communication; and an urban study that ordered the growth of the neighborhood. For what is carried out in the first place an urban intervention, in which new buildings are created, giving it character and neighborhood identity and the existing building in good condition is respected; the old traces of the cattle track are recovered and transformed into a greenway with pedestrian public spaces with different uses; Finally, the road traffic and pedestrian communication are improved through new roads and bridges that allow access to the other side of the river.

The project implementation area is located to the southwest and is linked to the continuation of the greenway and the new pedestrian paths. It has a direct relationship with the University and the Servef employment center. The main idea of the I + D + I center is to create a high performance work space, in which a new company can easily emerge into the labor market. For this reason, I have estimated that for the launching of a new project the workers go through three phases approximately, they can be summarized in: 1. Creation of ideas. 2. Materialization of the ideas and preparation of the final product. 3. Company development. Therefore, the purpose of the center is based on the creation of spaces in which these phases can be developed.

How? Creating wide spaces where workers can develop their ideas: offices to work in groups, individual, closed for more privacy and even open spaces; workshops to materialize the ideas; meeting spaces and formal character; spaces where information can be shared: conference room ... etc. All this, together with common spaces in which communication and interaction between people is prioritized, ultimately achieving a comfortable work space.

The projected building is geometrically shaped, a square that breaks into different points, to create yards and thus obtain a set of spaces and provide more light to the interior, creating a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of open space. At the same time, these yards with the structure facilitate the distribution of the program. In short, a volume is created that with the treatment carried out at level 0, with the use of materials in the building, with the form used and its location, it is intended to enhance what the place offers.
