Residencia de estudiantes en el margen del jardín del Túria

[ES] El proyecto consiste en una residencia de estudiantes en Na Jordana, en el barrio del Carmen, junto al antiguo cauce del río Túria. La parcela donde se concibe el edificio es principalmente un solar sin construcción empleado como aparcamiento y el resto del solar está ocupado por naves en mal estado y edificios deshabitados y muy deteriorados. El nuevo edificio aspira a cubrir las necesidades de los estudiantes al mismo tiempo que proporcionar unos espacios exteriores e interiores que puedan utilizar los vecinos del barrio.

[EN] The project consists of a student residence in Na Jordana, in the neighborhood of El Carmen, next to the old bed of the river Túria. The plot where the building is conceived is mainly an unconstructed lot used as a parking lot and the rest of the site is occupied by warehouses in poor condition and uninhabited and very deteriorated buildings. The new building aims to meet the needs of the students while providing outdoor and indoor spaces that can be used by the residents of the neighborhood.
