Nefelibata. Prosa poética Ilustrada.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo final de Grado es un proyecto de Ilustración y Diseño Gráfico. Consiste en la realización de un libro ilustrado a partir de los textos escritos por Virginia Ramos, en el cual queden reflejados los conocimientos aprendidos durante los cuatro cursos de Grado en los ámbitos requeridos. Con ello, se pretende crear un libro ilustrado constituido por los textos de la autora mencionada e ilustraciones que los acompañen, pretendiendo captar en dichas imágenes las ideas de la autora. Para ello, texto e imagen se maquetarán a la vez con la intención de crear una integridad y armonía entre ambos elementos y en la estética final del libro. Por otro lado, pretendo que el desarrollo de este proyecto me sirva como punto de inicio para el tratamiento de los campos de la ilustración y el diseño gráfico en un aspecto profesional, apoyándome en él para mi inciación al mundo laboral. Finalmente, este proyecto se desarrollará mediante dos bloques de trabajo: primero, tendrá lugar una sustracción de las ideas principales de los textos mediante una lectura analítica de ellos. Éstas ideas serán proyectadas en ilustraciones. En segundo lugar, y una vez se haya concluido que las imágenes poseen la calidad plástica necesaria, se creará un prototipo de libro ilustrado. En este, se prestará atención a la composición de cada una de las páginas que lo constituyan funcionando texto e imágen en consonancia, resaltando la relevancia de las ilustraciones como medio de expresión y transmisión de ideas.

[EN] This final degree project is an Illustration and Graphic Design project. It consists of the realization of an illustrated book from the texts written by Virginia Ramos, which reflects the knowledge learned during the four undergraduate courses in the required fields. With this, it is intended to create an illustrated book constituted by the texts of the mentioned author and their illustrations, trying to capture in these images the ideas of the author. For this, text and image will be designed at the same time with the intention of creating an integrity and harmony between both elements and in the final aesthetic of the book. On the other hand, I intend that the development of this project will help me as a starting point for treating the fields of illustration and graphic design in a professional aspect, relying on it for my initiation into the working world. Finally, this project will be developed through two work blocks: first, a subtraction of the main ideas from the texts will take place through an analytical reading of them. These ideas will be projected in illustrations. Secondly, and once it has been concluded that the images have the necessary plastic quality, a prototype of an illustrated book will be created. In this, attention will be paid to the composition of each of the pages that make it up, acting text and image accordingly, highlighting the relevance of illustrations as a means of expression and transmission of ideas.
