Abstract

[ES] El establecimiento industrial estará compuesto por una zona de oficinas y una zona industrial. La zona industrial estará compuesta por una estructura tipo pórtico sin apoyos intermedios replicada cada 5 m, tendrá unas dimensiones de 40x40 metros, los pórticos irán unidos con una estructura tipo cercha triangular, la estructura irá dotada de arriostramiento longitudinal y transversal. En lo que respecta a la zona de oficinas estará compuesto por dos estructuras porticadas unidas por el pilar central replicadas cada 5 m, con dos plantas de altura. Los cerramientos tanto de la nave industrial como de la zona de oficinas estarán formados por muretes prefabricados de hormigón y los forjados de chapa colaborante sobre un entramado de vigas.

The industrial area will be composed of a portal frame structure without intermediate supports replicated every 5 meters, with dimensions of 40x40 meters. The portal frames will be connected with a triangular truss structure, and the structure will be equipped with longitudinal and transverse bracing. Regarding the office area, it will be composed of two portal structures connected by the central pillar replicated every 5 meters, with two floors in height. The enclosures of both the industrial building and the office area will be made of prefabricated concrete walls, and the floors will be made of composite sheeting on a framework of beams.
