El Servicio de Asesoría Jurídica para el alumnado de la Universitat Politècnica de València

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo final de grado consiste en realizar un análisis y diagnóstico del Servicio de Asesoría Jurídica dirigido a los estudiantes de la Universitat Politècnica de València. Para ello, se estudia la relación o tipo de acuerdo contractual que existe entre la UPV y dicha Gestoría, cómo se dota de recursos, cómo está organizada, los tipos de servicios que presta, la demanda que asume y su visibilización como servicio, principalmente. Todo ello bajo el marco de la normativa en transparencia y contratación en el sector público. Metodológicamente, en una primera fase se procede a la recuperación y estudio de fuentes documentales: revisión bibliográfica sobre la materia, fuentes legislativas, etc. En una segunda fase se aplican técnicas cualitativas de investigación, específicamente, la entrevista semiestructurada. A partir del diagnóstico del servicio, las propuestas de mejora irán dirigidas hacia el control y evaluación del servicio por parte del vicerrectorado responsable.

[EN] The present final degree project consists of carrying out an analysis and diagnosis of the Legal Advisory Service aimed at the students of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. For this, the relationship or type of contractual agreement that exists between the UPV and said Agency is studied, how it is endowed with resources, how it is organized, the types of services it provides, the demand it assumes and its visibility as a service, mainly. All this under the framework of the regulations on transparency and contracting in the public sector. Methodologically, in a first phase the documentary sources are studied: bibliographic review on the subject, legislative sources, etc. In a second phase, qualitative research techniques are applied, specifically, the semi-structured interview. Based on the diagnosis of the service, the improvement proposals will be directed towards the control and evaluation of the service by the responsible vice-rector.
