El cepo visual.Producción artística relacionada con las problemáticas del uso de las redes sociales.

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo hace un análisis en torno a las problemáticas que surgen del uso de las redes sociales y como estas nos afectan tanto a nivel individual como social. A través del estudio de referentes bibliográficos y artísticos y el análisis de algunas de las redes sociales se crearon cuatro obras escultóricas que buscan transmitir estas problemáticas y concienciar sobre ellas. Tras hacer un análisis de algunas de las redes sociales, del uso que hacemos de ellas y como eso afecta a la sociedad y nos afecta a nivel personal, así como de referentes bibliográficos como Paul Virilio, Byung-Chul Han o Michel Foucault, hemos concebido una serie de obras como culmen de nuestra investigación. Además del estudio de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas, hemos tomado como referentes a cinco artistas: John Holcroft, Rolands Zilvinskis, Johnson Tsang, Federico Clapis y Gabrielle Fisher Horvath, profundizando en el marco teórico que los rodea. Las obras creadas para este proyecto buscan presentar estas problemáticas al espectador y hacerlo reflexionar en torno a ellas. Para ello hemos concebido cuatro esculturas, cada una de ellas presenta una de las principales problemáticas que hemos detectado en nuestra investigación de una manera clara y directa, haciéndolas comprensibles al espectador.

[EN] This paper analyzes the problems that arise from the use of social networks and how they affect us both individually and socially. Through the study of bibliographical and artistic references and the analysis of some of the social networks, four sculptural works were created that seek to transmit these problems and raise awareness about them. After analyzing some of the social networks, the use we make of them and how this affects society and us on a personal level, as well as bibliographic references such as Paul Virilio, Byung-Chul Han or Michel Foucault, we have conceived a series of works as the culmination of our research. In addition to the study of different bibliographic sources, we have taken five artists as references: John Holcroft, Rolands Zilvinskis, Johnson Tsang, Federico Clapis and Gabrielle Fisher Horvath, delving into the theoretical framework that surrounds them. The works created for this project seek to present these issues to the viewer and make them reflect on them. For this we have conceived four sculptures, each one of them presents one of the main problems that we have detected in our research in a clear and direct way, making them understandable to the viewer.
