Resumen
[ES] En este proyecto, se desarrollará la implementación de un sistema de mantenimiento en la empresa Kamax.
Se explicarán los procesos que se realizaron en la empresa, donde anteriormente solo se realizaba mantenimiento correctivo, hasta llegar a un sistema ordenado y eficiente de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo, incluyendo la incorporación de la metodología 5S.
[EN] In this project, I will talk about the implementation of a maintenance system in the company Kamax. It will explain the processes carried out in the company, which previously it only performed corrective maintenance, to achieve an orderly and efficient, corrective and preventive maintenance system, including the incorporation of 5S methodology.
