Resumen
The main objectives of this project are to study and summarize the IEEE Standard for a Smart Transducer Interface for smart sensors. The most important parts of each standard are summarized focusing on the interfaces definitions, connection between them, commands, and possible configurations offered by the standards. The last chapters deal with the practical use of some standards as well as the possible future use of the norm as interface for smart sensors.
