Infraestructura d acollida portuària : Recorreguts al Mar

Abstract

[CA] La estratègia de projecte consisteix en posar en valor els paratges actualment desprotegits i oblidats de la ciutat costera (Horta, Riu, Port i Mar), proposant tant al ciutadà com al visitant gaudir d’aquests valuosos paisatges i contemplar-los des de diferents angles. Per tant, s’aposta per una proposta paisatgística y de regeneració en la qual, a través de recorreguts d’aigua, verds y de vianants es connecten aquests distints paratges, acompanyant al ciutadà fins a la seua arribada al mar. El projecte s’organitza en una plataforma la qual es troba directament relacionada amb la ciutat, enllaçant-se amb un dels recorreguts que acompanya al riu fins la seua desembocadura. Aquesta s’enlaira alliberant la cota 0 per donar pas a la vegetació i a un recorregut més orgànic. Mentrestant, la plataforma presenta un caràcter fortament lineal mitjançant recorreguts i rampes que encaminen a l’usuari tant a l’ingrés dels edificis com a la resta de plataformes, espais de transició que sorgeixen entre els volums, adquirint el caràcter de miradors al mar. Esta infraestructura oberta i d’us públic, alberga dos volums arquitectònics que obrin vistes cap al Mediterrani: Terminal marítima, que acull al passatger; Espai Sociocultural, que acull a tot el ciutadà. Els dos amb programes distints, però complementaris, queden connectats i independitzats mitjançant aquests recorreguts que s’expandeixen per la plataforma oberta, emfatitzant l’idea de recorreguts al mar.

[EN] The project strategy consists in highlighting the currently unprotected and forgotten areas that make up the coastal city (Orchard, River, Port and Sea), to expect both the citizen and the visitor to benefit from these valuable places and contemplate them from different angles. Therefore, it is devoted to a landscape regeneration proposal in which through water, green and pedestrian routes these different places are connected and the citizen is guided until his arrival at sea. The project is organized on a platform that is directly related to the city, linking with one of the routes that leads the river to its mouth and in the sea. This rises leaving the zero-level free to allow the passage of vegetation and a more organic route. Meanwhile, the platform acquires a strongly linear presence through routes and ramps that direct the user to both the entrance of the buildings and the rest of the platforms, transitional spaces that arise between the volumes, acquiring character of viewpoints to the sea. This reception infrastructure, open and for public use, houses two architectural volumes that open views towards the sea: Maritime terminal, which welcomes the passenger; Socio-Cultural Space, which welcomes all citizens. Both buildings with different programs; but complementary, are connected and independent through these routes that extend through the open platform, emphasizing the idea of trips to the sea
