Humedades en edificación : estudio desde su origen hasta la actualidad, y aplicaciones contemporáneas

Abstract

Esta investigación pretende estudiar y determinar los diferentes tipos de humedades y su influencia tanto en las construcciones arquitectónicas como en la salud de sus usuarios. Así mismo, se incluye un recorrido a través de las diferentes técnicas utilizadas a lo largo del tiempo, desde las primeras prácticas de reconocimiento y tratamiento de humedades hasta los tratamientos empleados en la actualidad. De esta forma se pretende mostrar la evolución de éstos y reflexionar acerca de cómo las últimas innovaciones tecnológicas pueden contribuir a su mejora, tanto en sus propiedades como en su aplicación. Por último, se estudiarán las aplicaciones contemporáneas para la catalogación de las humedades y cómo actuar para realizar las respectivas reparaciones.

This research aims to study and determine the different types of humidity pathologies and their influence, both in architectural constructions and in their users¿ health. In the same way, the study will cover the different techniques which have been used in the time being to fix the said issues, from the first recognition practices and inspections, to the treatment of humidity building diseases which can be used nowadays. This way the research aims to show the evolution on these techniques and reflect over how the last technological innovations can improve both the physical properties and the applications of these repairs. Last but not least, there will be a brief study about the contemporary applications for cataloguing the humidity diseases and how to proceed against them.
