Abstract

[ES] Diseñar una plantación de vid en espaldera de 10,82 ha y selección de cultivar y patrón que mejor se adapte a la zona seleccionada, junto con el diseño de la instalación del sistema de riego por goteo, el cual deberá adaptarse de la forma más conveniente posible a los elementos ya disponibles en la parcela como son el cabezal de riego y la instalación fotovoltaica aislada de red que acciona este cabezal.

[EN] The main objective of this project is to design a 10.82 hectare trellised vine plantation in the municipality of San Clemente (Cuenca), selecting the rootstock and cultivar best suited to the area and trying to obtain the maximum possible profitability from it. In addition, the design of the drip irrigation installation used in this farm will be carried out, so that the water needs of the crop are covered, increasing its productivity, in the most efficient way and with the maximum use of the water resource feasible. Finally, this irrigation installation will be adapted in the most cost-effective way possible to the off-grid solar photovoltaic installation that drives the pump, already designed and available on the farm, in order to obtain a more sustainable agriculture.
