Horchatería El Tendre. Herencia sentimental y desarrollo de identidad en el libro de artista.

Abstract

[ES] Partiendo de la historia de la Horchatería El Tendre, un negocio familiar en Riba-roja del Turia (Valencia), se trata de realizar un libro ilustrado donde se narre la memoria de este lugar. A través de ilustraciones digitales basadas en fotografías personales, estas son acompañadas de texto para construir el contenido del libro. La motivación para realizar este trabajo nace de un vínculo sentimental y personal con el lugar y las personas que lo forman. Por ello que se hace hincapié en el valor identitario de estos vínculos y, a su vez, se muestra la importancia de las raíces en el desarrollo personal. Además, se busca que éste sea un medio para evitar el olvido del lugar, crear constancia de este y generar en el espectador un sentimiento de acogimiento y empatía.

[EN] Starting from the history of Horchatería El Tendre, a family business in Riba-roja del Túria (Valencia), the aim is to create an illustrated book where the memory of this place is narrated through images created. Using digital illustrations based on personal photographs, at the same time, these are accompanied by texts to build the content of the book. The motivation to carry out this work comes from a sentimental and personal bond with the place and the people who make it up. This is why the identity value of these links is emphasized and, in turn, shows the importance of roots in personal development. Furthermore, it s intended to be a means to avoid forgetting the place, create a record of it and generate in the viewer a feeling of welcome and empathy
