Resumen
[ES] El proyecto está pensado para recoger un programa principalmente docente y de aprendizaje en el que se puedan impartir los conocimientos de audiovisuales de sonido principalmente. El esquema de proyecto se compone esencialmente en un volumen rectangular puro ubicado en planta primera y comunicado directamente con el nivel del metro; al que se le ha sustraído un gran espacio central con forma orgánica a modo de patio, favoreciendo así la comunicación visual de los espacios.
El volúmenes apoyará en planta baja sobre pilotes y se conformarán diversos espacios complementarios a los docentes en forma de cajas iluminadas. El tratamiento que se le concede al perímetro se resuelve mediante un sistema de revestimiento colorido que alternará vidrios opacos y traslúcidos.
[EN] The project is designed to collect a mainly teaching and learning program in which the audio-visual sound knowledge can be taught mainly. The project scheme consists essentially of a pure rectangular volume located on the first floor and directly connected to the level of the metro; to which a large central space with an organic form has been removed as a central courtyard favoring the visual communication of the spaces. The volumes will support on the ground floor on stilts and various complementary spaces will be created for the teachers in the form of illuminated boxes. The treatment granted to the perimeter is solved by a colorful coating system that alternates opaque and translucent glass.
