Abstract

[ES] En las afueras de Campillo de Altobuey, un pueblo pequeño, pero con mucho que ofrecer, se plantea un laboratorio de gastronomía para que sirva como punto de atracción turística mejorando la economía y la forma de vida. El proyecto pretende entorpecer lo mínimo posible el entorno que lo rodea debido a la gran cantidad de naturaleza que lo representa. Para ello, se crea un volumen edificatorio que siga los cambios de nivel y pendiente en sección, así como la forma de las curvas de nivel en planta abriéndose hacia las mejores vistas: el pueblo.[EN] On the outskirts of Campillo de Altobuey, a small town, but with a lot to offer, a gastronomy laboratory is planned to serve as a point of tourist attraction, improving the economy and way of life. The project aims to hinder the environment that surrounds it as little as possible due to the large amount of nature that represents it. For this, a building volume is created that follows the changes in level and slope in section, as well as the shape of the contour lines in plan opening towards the best views: the town.
