Study of creativity and innovation in business and its relation with “The Company”

Abstract

[EN] This final project work is about a study of creativity and innovation and is developed in the department of Industrial Sciences & Technology of Karel de Grote – University College (Antwerp). Most of the courses are of course in engineering, science and technology. The students also have to choose a Minor-­‐program with a different type of courses. Our project tutor, prof. Jan Trommelmans, is responsible for the Minor-­‐program, which is called "The Company". In this Minor-­‐program there are a number of activities that are directed towards entrepreneurship.
