Abstract

[ES] Dentro del barrio de Na Rovella se hace evidente la falta de actividad social. Entre las causas que han dado pie a esta situación cabe mencionar especialmente la baja proporción de metros cuadrados de vivienda con respecto al área de suelo disponible y la presencia invasiva del automóvil con de islas inmensas de suelo no permeable destinado exclusivamente al coche.

Para paliar esta situación se pretende actuar ampliando el número de viviendas y de aparcamientos accesibles desde un punto de vista actual. Se busca responder a las necesidades de una población para la cual la vivienda poco accesible. También se replantea el espacio urbano en el que ésta se asienta, con tradicional no resulta adaptada y de difícil acceso. Para ello se propone un proyecto de vivienda colectiva en el que los cooperativistas son los protagonistas. El proyecto busca responder a las premisas de generar una arquitectura consciente de la situación actual, apostando por un mayor grado de sostenibilidad con el uso de materiales autóctonos, renovables y reciclables junto a la aparición de fuentes de energía verde como motor del conjunto.

[EN] Within the Na Rovella neighbourhood, the lack of social activity is evident. Among the causes that have given rise to this situation are the low proportion of square metres of housing in relation to the available land area and the invasive presence of the car with immense islands of non-permeable land destined exclusively for the car.

The aim is to alleviate this situation by increasing the number of dwellings and car parks that are accessible from a modern point of view. The aim is to respond to the needs of a population for whom housing is not very accessible. The urban space in which it is located is also being reconsidered, as it is traditionally unsuitable and difficult to access. To this end, a collective housing project is proposed in which the cooperative members are the protagonists. The project seeks to respond to the premises of generating an architecture that is conscious of the current situation, committed to a greater degree of sustainability through the use of autochthonous, renewable and recyclable materials together with the appearance of green energy sources as the driving force of the complex.
