[ES] La financiación es uno de los aspectos más importantes a la hora de realizar un negocio o un emprendimiento. Nuestro tejido empresarial se encuentra desarrollado principalmente en empresas PYMES, incipientes y start-ups, y con el sistema financiero tradicional actual, crecer y escalar las operaciones se vuelve un reto muy cuesta arriba. Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad real de un nuevo método alternativo de financiación de crowdfunding concretamente para este tipo de empresas. Una plataforma web donde proyectos que cumplan con ciertos criterios de sostenibilidad e innovación que buscan financiación para potenciar sus diferentes negocios, puedan darse a conocer a diferentes inversores, tanto particulares como profesionales, con el objetivo de que estos puedan invertir directamente en la propiedad de estos negocios, con sumas monetarias muy inferiores a lo habitual dentro del mercado, democratizando así la inversión en activos con potenciales de rentabilidad muy superiores a los activos financieros tradicionales.

[EN] Funding is one of the most important aspects when starting a business or venture. Our business landscape is primarily composed of SMEs, emerging companies, and startups, and with the current traditional financial system, growing and scaling operations becomes a significant challenge. This Final Degree Project (FDP) aims to evaluate the real viability of a new alternative funding method through crowdfunding specifically for this type of company. A web platform where projects that meet certain sustainability and innovation criteria seeking funding to enhance their various businesses can present themselves to different investors, both private and professional, with the goal of allowing them to invest directly in the ownership of these businesses, with monetary sums much lower than usual in the market, thus democratizing investment in assets with potential returns significantly higher than traditional financial assets.
