La política cultural en Italia y las innovaciones del siglo XXI

Abstract

[EN] The paper analyzes the development of the first experiences of the sixteenth century cultural policy in Italy until the beginning of the twenty-first century with the institutional reform initiated by the Minister Dario Franceschini. In the pre-unificationState it has been many important contributions of several local rulers who imposed conservation policies to prevent the dispersal of works of art. After the unification of Italy (1861) the laws of protection of the national heritage have helped to initiate the first important initiatives that have developed in practice only at the end of the twentieth century. [ES] Este artículo analiza el desarrollo de la política cultural en Italia desde las primeras experiencias del siglo XVI hasta principios del siglo XXI con la reforma institucional por el Ministro Darío Franceschini. En el país pre-unitario fueron muy importantes las contribuciones de los diferentes gobernadores locales que han impuesto políticas de conservación para evitar la dispersión de las obras de arte. Después de la unidad de Italia (1861) las leyes de tutela del patrimonio nacional han contribuido a encaminar importantes iniciativas que se han desarrollado concretamente sólo al final del siglo XX. Son grandes las novedades institucionales y normativas activadas en el siglo XXI, y en esta contribución proponemos algunoss importantes hechos de reflexión y de profundización.
