Analysis of the general and logistical environment as a consequence of the pandemic situation (Covid19) in Amazon Spain

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo en cuestión se realiza para investigar la estructura logística y también la estructura interna de la empresa, con esto podremos ver las fortalezas y debilidades que tiene Amazon y cómo aprovechar las oportunidades y enfrentar las amenazas. Siendo capaz de analizar los factores sobre la empresa tendré algunas ventajas para realizar entonces la comparación entre ambos países y comprender nueva información. También vamos a investigar cómo el Covid19 ha afectado el funcionamiento de la empresa, es decir, a centrar la investigación en el impacto que la pandemia ha causado en ambas estructuras (logística y medio ambiente).

[EN] The work in question is carried out to investigate the logistic structure and also the internal structure of the company, with this we will be able to see the strengths and weaknesses that Amazon has and how to take advantage of the opportunities and to face the threats. Been able to analyze that factors about the company I will have some advantages to realize then the comparation among both countries and to understand new information. We are also going to investigate how the Covid19 has affected the functioning of the company, that is, to focus research on the impact that the pandemic has caused on both structures (logistic and environment).
