La eficiencia energética en la edificación. Análisis regulatorio y aplicación a una vivienda en Albalat dels Sorells (Valencia)

[ES] En este trabajo, al ser un tema bastante amplio, en primer lugar, analizamos los conceptos clave que están relacionados con este tema explicando detenidamente sus definiciones y hablando de cosas más importantes sobre ellos. En segundo lugar, hacemos un recorrido desde el nivel internacional hasta el nivel municipal, el referido para el caso práctico, de toda la normativa que nos puede afectar, explicándolas y analizándolas. En tercer lugar, nos metemos en analizar detenidamente la Agenda 2030, donde explicamos que es, como nos afecta y el porqué, y nos centramos en los objetivos más interesantes y que, nosotros, podemos ayudar a cumplir sus metas con nuestras acciones. Por último, después de haber hecho todo el recorrido por los conceptos, la normativa más interesante para nuestro tema y analizando los ODS, aplicamos en él todo lo aprendido. En este caso, lo que hemos realizado es un análisis de eficiencia energética sobre una vivienda. Después de analizar y ver su clasificación, hemos aplicado una serie de medidas, que nos ayudarían a mejorar esta y así conseguir una mejora energética y mejorar la vida de sus habitantes. Las mesuras que se han tomado son también para reducir su impacto al medio ambiente para ayudar a que el cambio climático no vaya a más.

[EN] In this work, being a fairly broad topic, first, we analyze the key concepts that are related to this topic by carefully explaining their definitions and talking about more important things about them. Secondly, we travel from the international level to the municipal level, the one mentioned for the practical case, of all the regulations that can affect us, explaining and analyzing them. Thirdly, we get into an in-depth analysis of the 2030 Agenda, where we explain that it is, how it affects us and why, and we focus on the most interesting goals and that we can help meet their goals with our actions. Finally, after having made the whole journey through the concepts, the most interesting regulation for our topic and analyzing the SDGs, we apply in it everything learned.
