Un espacio semicerrado con dos edificios longitudinales dispuestos transversalmente uno respecto al otro y enfrentados a una gran plaza enmarcada por un edificio tipo torre a modo de hito al oeste y el Asilo de San Juan de Dios al Este. Como telón de fondo un generoso paseo longitudinal cosido a la avenida de los naranjos. En la esquina entre los dos edificios un espacio para zonas comunes características de estas tipologías (lavadoras comunes, cafeterías, zonas recreativas etc.) Bloque norte tipología de 2 y 4 dormitorios.
