Plan de negocio para la apertura de un hostal low cost en la ciudad de Valencia

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo consiste en un plan de empresa detallado para la apertura de un Hostal low cost en la ciudad de Valencia. Se analizan tanto los aspectos a nivel macroeconómico como microeconómico que puedan influenciar el negocio. Por otro lado se desarrollan los requisitos necesarios para la apertura de un hostal, el mercado al que pertenece, el público objetivo etc. La modalidad low cost es una opción cada vez más considerada por los turistas, sobre todo por los viajeros más jóvenes y por tanto puede resultar de gran interés la apertura de un hostal de estas características y disponer de un análisis completo de este tipo de negocio.

[EN] The bachelor thesis consists of a detailed business plan for the opening of a low cost Hostel in Valencia city. Macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects that can influence the business are analyzed. On the other hand, the necessary requirements for the opening of a hostel, the market to which it belongs, the target audience, etc. are developed. The low cost modality is an option increasingly considered by tourists, especially by young travelers and therefore it can be of great interest to open a hostel of these characteristics and have a full analysis of this type of business.
