Resumen
To browse the global network of networks, Internet, not only need a computer, a modem and some programs, but also a great deal of patience. Cyberspace is a world slow to despair. A user can spend several minutes waiting to load a page or several hours trying to download a program to your PC network. This is because the phone lines, the means by which most of the 50 million users to connect to the Internet was not designed to carry videos, graphics, text and all other items that travel from one place to another in the Network. But phone lines are not the only way to cyberspace. Recently a service to connect to the Internet via fiber optics.
