IMPOSIBILIDAD DE MODA AGÉNERO: EL CUERPO COMO ÚNICA REPRESENTACIÓN GRÁFICA

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto `Imposibilidad de moda agénero: el cuerpo como única representación gráfica¿ consiste en realizar una deconstrucción de todo el conocimiento que se tiene y se aplica en la moda para realizar prendas más inclusivas con los diferentes aspectos del movimiento LGBTIQ+, haciendo que personas que no están dentro de los géneros binarios puedan expresarse a sí mismos como ellos deseen. De esta manera se rompe también con los estigmas heteropatriarcales que han impuesto diferentes obstáculos (a lo largo de la historia del diseño de moda) para la creación de prendas que no deriven a una tendencia de género, sino que sean en si prendas agénero. Para ello requerirá un estudio del lenguaje, de las sociedades, de los géneros y de la moda en sí.

[EN] The project `Impossibility of agender fashion: the body as a single graphical representation' consists in carrying out a deconstruction of all the knowledge that is had and applied in fashion to make garments more inclusive with the different aspects of the LGBTIQ + movement, making people that are not within the binary genders able to express themselves as they wish. In this way, it also breaks with the heteropatriarchal stigmas that have imposed different obstacles (throughout the history of fashion design) for the creation of garments that do not derive in a gender tendency but are in themselves genderless garments. For this, it will require a study of language, societies, genders and fashion itself.
