Plan Local de Prevención de Incendios Forestales del Término Municipal de Marines (Valencia).

Abstract

[ES] La normativa existente (Ley 43/2003, de Montes y Ley 3/1993, Forestal de la Comunitat Valenciana) en materia de prevención de incendios forestales establece la necesidad de realizar planes de prevención de incendios forestales en aquellas zonas en las que existe un alto riesgo de incendios. En el ámbito de la Comunitat Valenciana, todos los municipios con superficie forestal están declarados como zonas de alto riesgo de incendios forestales según la Resolución de 29 de julio de 2005 de la Conselleria de Territori i Habitatge, por la que se declaran los terrenos forestales de la Comunitat Valenciana zona de alto riesgo de incendio. Es decir, todos los municipios de la Comunitat Valenciana con superficie forestal deben redactar un plan local de prevención de incendios forestales. El término municipal de Marines, de 3573,38ha totales y 2462,29ha forestales, no es una excepción a esta problemática, y debido a que aún no tiene redactado su propio Plan Local de Prevención de Incendios Forestales, el objetivo de este TFG será redactarlo conforme a lo exigido en el ANEJO I de la Orden 30/2017, de 20 de noviembre, de la Consellería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente, Cambio Climático y Desarrollo Rural, por la que se aprueba las Norma Técnica para la redacción de Planes Locales de Prevención de Incendios Forestales. Con la finalidad de definir las actuaciones convenientes y necesarias para minimizar el riesgo de incendios forestales, y en caso de que ocurran, facilitar la extinción del mismo. Para ello se zonifica el territorio en función al riesgo de incendios debido a los diferentes factores (combustibles, relieve, clima ), y se definirán las estructuras adecuadas para una eficaz intervención en las labores de extinción en caso de incendio. La finalidad es reducir el riesgo de incendios y dificultar la propagación en caso de incendio.

[EN] The existing regulations (Law 43/2003, on Forest and Law 3/1993, Foretry of the Valencian Community) regarding the prevention of forest fires establishes the need to carry out plans for the prevention of forest fires in those áreas where there is a high fire risk. In order to define the appropiate and and necessary actions to minimize the risk of forest fires and in the evento that they occur, facilitate its extinction. For this, the territory is zoned according to the risk of fires due to the different factors ( fuels, relief, climate¿), and the appropriate structures will be defined for an effective intervention in fire fighting in the event of a fire. The purpose is to reduce the risk of fire and make it difficult to spread in case of fire.
