Review on flexible Urban Water Cycle Systems and transitional pathways

This report consists on the identification of the best practices for a flexible and resilient operation of UWCS and their associated transitional pathways. Governance and asset management are analised through the concepts of resilience and transition of the water sector, making explicit that these are two important supporting dimensions. Some guidelines for developing sustainable UWCS are proposed.
