La construcción con piedra de marés a través del análisis comparativo de tres viviendas.

[ES] El presente TFG, analiza en profundidad el uso de la piedra de marés en la arquitectura mallorquina y la evolución de su uso a lo largo de los años. La investigación plantea el análisis de tres edificios de vivienda unifamiliar de distintas épocas materializados principalmente con esta piedra, con la que se busca conocer las soluciones constructivas que se han utilizado a lo largo del tiempo. Las obras a analizar se han escogido con la intención de que cada una de ellas constituya un ejemplo representativo de la época en la que fueron proyectadas. La primera de ellas, una vivienda unifamiliar en Felanitx es un reflejo de la construcción más tradicional, constituyendo un ejemplo de cómo este material se ha utilizado tradicionalmente en la isla. La segunda de ellas, Can Lis de Jørn Utzon, representa la puesta en valor y recuperación de este material olvidado desde hacía décadas por aquel entonces. La tercera, una viviendaproyectada por TEd A arquitectes, ejemplifica la manera en la que se utiliza este material en la actualidad, replanteando las soluciones tradicionales para producir una construcción más sostenible y respetuosa.

[EN] This TFG analyzes in depth the use of marés stone in Mallorcan architecture and the evolution of its use over the years. The research proposes the analysis of three single-family housing buildings from different periods materialized mainly with this stone, which seeks to understand the construction solutions that have been used over time. The works to be analyzed have been chosen with the intention that each one of them constitutes a representative example of the time in which they were projected. The first of them, a single-family home in Felanitx, reflects the most traditional construction, being a perfect example of how this material has been traditionally used on the island. The second of them, Can Lis by Jørn Utzon, represents the enhancement and recovery of this material forgotten for decades back then. The third, a home designed by Ted A architects, exemplifies the way in which this material is used today, rethinking traditional solutions to produce a more sustainable and respectful construction.
